In Plain Words

Google Merchant Center is where Google keeps your product details: names, photos, prices, stock, shipping and returns. Google reads it to show your products in Shopping results, on Search and on Images, both as free listings and as ads. When the details are missing, or do not match your website, products get held back. We set it up, keep it accurate and run the ads that use it. We build online stores too, so we are happy to look at yours whoever built it. Let's talk.

Everything Your Products Need to Show Up and Sell

From the first account setup to the monthly report, we look after both halves of it: the product data Google reads, and the ads that use it.

Merchant Center Set Up Properly

We create the account in your name, claim your website, and put the shipping, returns and contact details Google checks for where it can find them, so products are not held up for avoidable reasons.

Product Data Google Can Trust

We tidy your titles, descriptions, photos and product identifiers like brand and barcode numbers, and make sure prices, with GST included, and stock levels match what your product pages say.

Free Listings and Ads from One Feed

The same product data can show your products in Google's free listings and in your ads. We get the free side working first, then add ads where they make sense for what you sell.

Shopping and Performance Max Campaigns

We build the campaigns around your products, with more budget behind the ones that sell and are worth selling, and less behind the ones that are not. Search ads cover your brand and your best categories.

Sales Tracking That Matches Your Orders

We set up purchase tracking and check it against a test order, so the sales Google reports line up with the orders in your store.

A Monthly Report in Plain Words

What you spent, what the ads sold, which products did best and which lagged, and what we are changing next. When something needs a decision, we call you.

Your Platform

Whatever Your Store Runs On

The details change from platform to platform. The goal stays the same: accurate products in Google, and ads you can measure.

Shopify

We connect your products to Merchant Center through Shopify's Google & YouTube channel, then deal with what the connection leaves open: the product data, the link to Google Ads, GST in your prices, and anything Google holds back. We also build and look after Shopify stores, so a change to the store and a change to the feed come from the same team.

Shopify development

WordPress and WooCommerce

We connect WooCommerce to Merchant Center, using WooCommerce's Google extension or a feed plugin, and set it up so variations, prices and stock come through correctly. A feed can quietly break when a plugin updates, so we keep watching it after the setup. If you would like the rest of the site looked after too, that is what our Monthly Support Plan covers.

Custom-built stores

If your store runs on its own system, we build the connection from it: a product feed made from your catalogue and sent to Google on a schedule or through Google's Merchant API, plus the price and stock details on each product page that Google reads. If an older connection has stopped sending your products, we find out why and fix it.

Why a Store Needs Someone Watching Its Product Data

Google only shows what it can trust. Before a product appears, Google checks its details against your website: the price, whether it is in stock, the photo, and your shipping and returns information. When a price changes in your store but not in the feed, when stock runs out, or when a photo breaks one of Google's rules, the product can be held back. A bigger problem can pause the whole account, and your ads stop with it.

That is why we treat this as ongoing work, not a one-off setup. Prices change, products come and go, and Google updates its requirements. We watch the account for problems, fix them where they start, and tell you plainly what we found and what we did about it.

Because we build online stores as well as run the ads, the fix is usually in our hands. If a product page is missing something Google needs, or a store setting is sending the wrong price, we can change it ourselves instead of sending you off to find someone else. You speak with the people doing the work, on the phone, in your business hours.

How We Set Up and Run Your Store's Google Side

You always know what we found, what we changed, and what the ads sold

01

We Look at What You Have

We go through your store, and your Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts if you have them, and write down what is stopping products from showing or selling. If you are starting from nothing, we start with your store and your product list.

02

We Fix the Foundations

We set up or repair the accounts in your name, tidy the product data, match prices (GST included) and stock to your product pages, and put your shipping, returns and contact details where Google looks for them.

03

We Build and Launch the Ads

We build the Shopping, Performance Max and search campaigns, put the budget behind the products worth promoting, and check the sales tracking against a test order before the ads go live.

04

We Report and Keep Tuning

Each month you get a short report in plain words: what you spent, what the ads sold, which products led and which lagged, and what we are changing next. When a decision needs you, we call.

Our Work

Websites we have built for SA businesses

Shopping ads send people to your product pages, so those pages matter as much as the ads. The team running your campaigns is the team that builds the stores.

Common questions

It is the Google tool where you keep your product details: names, photos, prices, stock, shipping and returns. Google reads it to show your products in Shopping results, on Search and on Images, as free listings and in ads. Merchant Center costs nothing to use. The work is in setting it up correctly and keeping the product data accurate, which is the part we do.
Yes. Shopping ads, and Performance Max campaigns that promote products, take their product details from Merchant Center, linked to your Google Ads account. Ordinary search ads do not need it. Many stores run both: search ads for people looking for a type of product, and Shopping ads for people ready to compare products and prices.
Yes. We connect your products through Shopify's Google & YouTube channel, make sure the right Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts are linked, and then sort out the product data and anything Google holds back. We also build and look after Shopify stores, so if the store itself needs a change, it is the same team.
Yes. We connect WooCommerce to Merchant Center, using WooCommerce's Google extension or a feed plugin, and check that variations, prices and stock come through correctly. A plugin update can quietly break a feed, so we keep watching for problems after the setup, not just during it.
Yes. We make the product feed from your own catalogue and send it to Google on a schedule or through Google's Merchant API, and make sure each product page shows its price and stock in a form Google can read. If someone else built your store, we are happy to look at it first and tell you plainly what it would take.
The usual causes are prices or stock in the feed that do not match the product page, missing product identifiers such as brand or barcode numbers, photos that break Google's rules, and shipping, returns or contact details that are missing or hard to find on the website. Google does not always spell out the exact reason, so we go through the account and the site line by line, fix the cause, and tell you what we found.
Yes. For Australian stores, Google asks for the price in your product data to include GST and to match the price shown on the product page. When they differ, products can be held back. We check this on every store, because a store setting can send the price without GST.
They can. Google shows approved products in free listings in Australia as well as in ads, so accurate product data can bring visits before you spend on clicks. How much depends on your products and your competition. Google also reviews products before they appear, which takes time, so we do not promise a timetable. Ads are how you reach more people sooner.
It can help. Google's AI shopping results draw on the same product data you keep in Merchant Center, and any assistant describing your products needs clear, accurate details to work from. Nobody can promise an assistant will name a product, but accurate data and clear product pages remove the usual reasons for being skipped. We cover the wider side of this in our AI search optimisation work.
Yes. We set everything up in your name, you have full access the whole time, and the accounts, their history and their data stay with you. We are added as users so we can do the work.
Merchant Center costs nothing to use, and your ad budget is paid straight to Google for the clicks. We give you a fixed-price quote in writing within one business day, after a short call to understand your store and your products. The number you sign is the number you pay, and there is no lock-in contract.
We are based in Gawler and work with stores across Gawler, Adelaide, the Barossa and South Australia. Stores sell well beyond one suburb, though, so we also run Merchant Center and Google Ads for stores whose customers are anywhere in Australia, by phone and email.

Merchant Center and Shopping ads from Gawler

We are based in Gawler and work with online stores right across Gawler and the northern suburbs, Elizabeth, Salisbury, Munno Para, Angle Vale and Two Wells, out through the Barossa Valley, and across the wider Adelaide metropolitan area including the CBD, North Adelaide, Norwood, Unley, Prospect, Port Adelaide, Glenelg, Burnside, Mitcham, Marion and the Adelaide Hills. Stores sell well beyond their own suburb, so your ads can show wherever you ship, whether that is South Australia or the whole of Australia, and we work with stores outside SA by phone and email. If you are nearby, we are happy to come and go through it with you in person.

Stores we build, ads we run, one team in Gawler

We have been building websites for South Australian businesses for over 15 years and are Australian-owned and Gawler-based. A store sells when its product pages, its product data and its ads all agree with each other, and that is easier when one team looks after all three. We are happy to look at a store someone else built, or ads someone else runs. When you call, you reach the people doing the work on your account.
